The JA path was open southwest today even at sunrise, although a
separate path did appear NW (normal direction) right at sunrise.
The SW path was the clearer and more stable. Nil signals west.
SW happens at times early from sunrise, but it almost never stays
as sunrise approaches. The ZL digital transmitters were much
louder than normal at the same time, especially the one closer to
the South Island (mainland) which is usually the weaker signal.
YC0LOW was just in and out of the noise NW, and unfortunately
on 1824.5 4F2KWT (the closest I got was "4K2MT" from the call)
was just below noise during his peak from the SW.
