Topband: Lowband comments by 3Y0C

In a conversation with W3GH at 0500Z on 20 SSB Chuck advised the lowband
community to be QRV on 3772 and 1837 from 0230Z through 0400Z. He said
he can hear us fine. The ragchewing on those frequencies is hiding his
barefoot signal.
He switches between those two frequencies. He is trying to work the
Deserving on 80/75 and 160 but he can't break the ragchewers who lament
that Chuck isn't there.
