Topband: ZL6QH VLF test copied in PNG

Much of the test transmission from New Zealand intended for North America was
copied in Port Moresby from 0820UT to end of transmission at 1230UT.
Signals were excellent and the trace changed significantly over the period. I
believe propagation via F layer reflection resulted in significant dispersion of
the initially "clean" signal with sidebands at +/- .03Hz and multiples of this.
I missed the the start of the test which would have included any sunset effects
here at Port Moresby.
