Topband: Radio ???

Time to get a new radio and I would like some info. Currently TS-940SAT.

What is the radio of choice based on weak signal cw work. Mainly DX with
some contesting. Will not be in a multi op situation.

Choices: FT-1000D (used one maybe 7 yrs old);  FT-1000MP MK V, TS-950SDX
(used age??), IC-775. OR??? >100W out a +++

Please reply direct.
