Topband: Receiving on Directional Antenna

A trick I use with My Icom 756 is to listen on both recievers in the "dual
watch" mode and mix them with about a 70 Hz difference for the two recieved
signal. I then have a 2 tone CW signal which is easier to pick out of the
noise than the single tone, which my ear sometimes gets tired of trying to
hear. The double tones really make it easier to hear the weak ones. If you
do it just right, you can get a 2 note harmony which the ear readily accepts.
