Topband: HC2/UA4WAE at Sunrise

Hello,

This morning I heard him tell someone he would be on topband at 1030Z, the
first sign I have seen of him on in the morning.  I think I cold detect him
on his usual frequency of 1822, but not well enough to ID for sure.
