Given the FCC "enforcement" of the "gentlemens agreement" on 160m,
whereby we are supposed to stay above 1843 on SSB, where should
I look for my 160m multipliers in the upcoming SSB CQWW contest?

I would like to propose that those who will be transmitting below
1843 operate split frequency and listen higher in the band for USA
stations so our contesting friends in the US don't have to take the
risk of getting a letter from the FCC. This is what we plan on doing
from PJ2Z......

Also, I would like to hear comments about what guys in the US plan to
do if they hear a EU station calling CQ on say for example on 1830 and
he is not listening split. Are you still going to call and risk getting
a letter from the FCC ???? I can guarantee this will happen because
there are probably plenty of contesters in EU who could care less
about the ARRL's band plan...
