Topband: BD8MO

BD8MO was in RST 439-459 from a west path today at sunrise, 
but unfortunately was in some slow speed ragchews with JA's after 
he worked 9M2AX. (Ross was 569 here on a NW path.)

BD8MO only gave JA1HQT a 519, and was sending very slow, so 
he may be a rough one for USA unless he listens up away from 
local Asia stations.

Maybe someone can pass along that he was heard in the SE USA 
for about ten minutes.
