Hello Greg,All,

I agree with Bill that slopers " are very dependent on the
individual installation ".
I'm using my Half Sloper since 10 years and I was thinking
of shunt feeding too,but I'm so satisfied with the sloper
so I will leave it./ I'v worked #266 countries on it/.
My sloper is on 18 m high tower but on the top I have TH6DXX
and A3WS. I added about 20 radials and since that time its
working much better. You have to remember to add "the cold"
wire from the top of tower /connected directly to a tower/ ,in my
case about 30m long to obtain good SWR.
