Topband: 3v8BB on topband

Hi,

3V8BB was on topband for more than 14 hours during the CQWW CW contest.

VE1ZZ, W3LPL, W8JI, W8LRL, K4JA,  K4TEA  were the only NA stations worked,
mostly by Mome Z32ZM, and I was there when W8JI called with surprising Q5
sig in the last hour.

3V8BB has low dipole, about 30ft high center, with no current balun. My
request to put an inverted L on the beach was denied, as was the request for
a receiving antenna.
