Topband: DX Window Concept

The solution to restoring the DX Window concept (1825-1830, for example) is
largely up to the DX stations. If DX outside North America operating in the
window designated their listening frequency--(QSX 13, etc) like they used to
and not answer anyone calling elsewhere, in time the concept could be
re-established. Likewise, NA stations seeking DX could CQ outside the
window and designate a listening frequency within the window.

This used to work extremely well. With some education, patience and power
of the DX Clusters/Internet to help disseminate the change there is no
reason why it should not work again.
