  I received an e-mail this morning from JT1CO inquiring about conditions
from the US on 160 meters.  It sounds like he has had little luck as of late
working much of anything on 160 and 80 meters.
  I asked him again to start up on 1905.5 beginning at 10:45Z and to post
his receive frequency on DX Summit.  I think if he can work a few people,
that will get him motivated to spend more time on the band.
