Topband: Great morning on the lowbands!!!

    Conditions were unusually good this morning on the lowbands!
    Glad I got up early to look for A35VK. Everyone was unusually loud here in SC. Worked the following as each one CQed. ( something to be said for listening and tuning)

VK3ZL-160m 1058Z Best heard on the SW (215 degree) beverage

A35VK-160m 1130z Was not able to hear him well enough to copy on any of the beverages but was S7 on the vertical and easy copy. New One!

UA9YAB- 80m 1145z zone 18 and number 200 for me for 5BWAZ!!!Signal peaking S8 on my 75m verticals. Best heard on SW (215)beverage.

ZL3IX- 160m Very loud signal with some qsb. 1224z Heard well on all beverages in all directions. strange... New One!(Hey , I'm fairly new to 160.)

KH2K/AH0 160m 1230z Great signal. Best on NW (330) beverage.New One!

       I am pretty happy with the performance of the 1/4wl vertical and the work I have done with the beverages this season has paid off.
Three new ones on 160m in one morning! Who'd a figured????
