Topband: K1B YESTERDAY and TODAY

What a difference a day makes!  Wednesday AM, K1B was absolutely
599+ at my QTH for over 45 minutes (unless he was a slim!!) but not
working as many stations as I thought he would with such a super
signal. I gather that others were perhaps not hearing him as well,
as there were repeats on some calls. 

Today, nada!  Just like VK9 on most mornings during their
expedition.  Obviously, we here in S. Ont. were the beneficieries of
some very interesting propagation yesterday!
