Here in the states Edmumd Scientific Co. sells weather balloons. A source of
helium gas is your local welding supply shop - many will rent helium 
cylinders
for 6 months to a year.

Worked K1B May 04 on 1.822 MHz with my 1/4 wave balloon supported vertical 
(4 ft.
balloon) and 100 watts.
