Paul was up again last night with a good signal on 1827.5 starting about 
0232Z.

He seems to have some phase distortion, at times, which makes his signal seem 
almost modulated.  During these periods, copy is impaired but still possible.

He stayed on 160M until almost 0300z - then switched to 3504 until his 
sunrise took him out.

He has quite a signal for 100W (if that's what he is still using) - 
remarkable really.

Propagation into the horn of Africa at this time of year seems quite good 
considering it is May.
