ZL7C was readable (RST 449) on 1830.5 but not workable from my location this morning while I was on from 1030Z until my sunrise at 1100Z. Signals were also skewed to the northwest. There were very few stateside callers and he was working mostly JA's that I could not hear. 73, John W1FV
