Topband: DX window

Someone suggested that the DX window be moved to 1820-1825 to encompass
the JAs.  With many east coasters saying that the 1830-1835 DX window
should be eliminated and some of them complaning that there's no DX
window for the JAs, this sounds like an excellent compromise to me which
would satisfy the majority of both east and west coasters.

It would be nice if ARRL and CQ would endorse 1820-1825 as the
gentlemen's agreement DX window, and if enough of us made this suggestion
to them via an e-mail campaign (along with the reasons for it), they
might comply.

Countries that can operate only above 1835 is another problem.
