Topband: ARRL CW DX Not Over Yet!

There will still be some DX active in the ARRL DX Contest this
evening, so get on and help them out with 160 QSOs!

I've heard from DX that the Canadian provinces have been hard to
find on 160 (and 80), as has KY, OK, DC, NV.UT, and NE.

The Caribbean stations will likely be on from 2200Z to 2359Z as
they get into dark. If you aren't otherwise engaged contesting, 
get on and populate the band!
