Topband: Phased 2-wire Beverage antennas

Thanks to all who replied.  To recap, it DOES make a difference
on how the two-wire lines are connected in the push-pull (AKA "back
fire",
"reverse", "near-end" modes) mode becasue one of the antennas
would then be out of phase with the other.
