Rather than split the driveway, why not make a small fixture out of PVC tubing, a pipe cap and a water hose to PVC fitting. Make it long enough to go under the driveway with some to spare on each end. This is the way I've done several projects. Works well. Contact me offline for details. 73 Don K5AQ
