Topband: Band Open

I believe the eastern half of the US was modestly quiet tonite - at
least midwestern US had lower noise.  Coupled with lower geomagnetic
activity and voila - the band is open.

Luis, IV3PRK came thru well at his sunrise, followed by I2ZFD, DF2PY and
finally G4UFK for the best summer opening to date. W3 seemed to be heard
even better and reports between EU and K3JJG were exchanged at S8/9.

Have a listen on some of these summer evenings/mornings - mite be
pleasantly surprised.
