Topband: XQ6ET QRV for West Coast NA and PAC

Altho his antenna on top band is still quite modest, XQ6ET is now able
to run higher power on 160 M.  Bob mentions a daily routine of being QRV
from 1145Z till his sunrise (abt 1215Z now) on 1823.  He is looking for
northern hemisphere Qs and notes the band is open but very little
activity.

He's had some success with eastern and midwestern NA around 02Z on the
same freq.
