Topband: 160 Meters Mobile Antenna Suggestions

Given 100 watts only, mostly SSB (hard to do CW with the stick shift), and
a decent antenna...what kind of results should I expect on 160 meters?

Also, what would be the optimal frequency to design the antenna for
given primary use in the phone band?
