The ARRL gives a "rule of thumb" in one of their handbooks that goes
something like this:

"The bandwidth of clean CW signal in Hertz is approximately twice the WPM
rate."

Going by that, the 3 WPM signal has a bandwidth of about 6 Hz and the 30
WPM signal has a bandwidth of about 60 Hz.  This is quite insigniicant
when compared to the CW bandwidth of many of today's mdern rigs.
