Topband: 160 DXCC logging program

Sometime ago, some wrote a short and neat program for tracking DXCC on 160 meters.  I lost my copy when I had to reformat the hard drive due to a local ISP crash.

If anyone knows the author of this program, I would like to obtain the same again.
