G'day,

Infuriating how CQ DX seems to pop out of the noise and then the call fades
away, pure unfortunate timing with the QSB or psycho- acoustic.  A case in
point was RW4PL 1831.45+/- 4 Oct at 02:10 UTC.  R0-2/S0-1
