Topband: re:FIRST EVER TOOPBAND MOBILE DXCC

I think this was the problem a W4 from Jacksonville FL who worked or was
trying to work DXCC (and WAC) mobile awards had.

Does anyone remember his call and if he was successful?? It was in the 70's
when he started. When W2EQS and the rest were on. Maybe he gave up without
success?
