It's a fine line to draw.  If those that have a DX country confirmed on a
band/mode can hear the cq cq, etc with no one responding - shouldn't he call
them just to confirm to the operator that they do have propagation to
somewhere?

Could we request, that those who have worked Peter 1. on 160 or any other
low band before stay out of the pile ups this time ?
