Two bits of info here for those still needing A6 on 80/160m

ON5NT tells me he has a two month WORK assignment starting in Dubai on the
9th and will be staying 50km from A61AJ. At least part of the time S53R will be
with him. Ghis said he will try to activate A61AJ on the lowbands when work
permits. Apparently he has to work weekends - which makes sunrise openings
difficult for him.

Additionally, Dave Rosen, K2GM is going back to Dubai in 10 days and will try
some more 160M work permitting. Dave said he worked almost 100 stations
during the super opening of two days ago and did try 160M LP at 1404z yesterday.
Topband was not open but he qsy'ed to 80CW and worked W7LR, W6PBI, WA5VGI and
a few others before the band closed. A 3el yagi at 150 feet is the antenna
for 80 - so he is also LOUD on that band when it's open.

I know of NO specific schedules for these operations - but keep watching
packet for specifics.

Dave said he really enjoyed his 160M esperience and will try again when he
returns. Ghis is a fine lowband operator and will likely provide some
additional opportunity as his work permits - he said he would try to spend some
all-nighters at A61AJ when he can - assuming Ali permits it.

Good Hunting!
