If the dog has learned where the boundry is perhaps you can talk the
neighbor into turning it off since the dog/(s) are trained. I am not aware

Can anyone provide me any help in how to cure noise issues generated by
neigbors invisable fence?  It causes noises about every 10khz about 10 over
S9.

Any ideas?
