Topband: 160 WAZ

Could someone print out the WAZ application form from this site and
attach in an e-mail to me?

For some reason, that I cannot find, good old MS Internet Explorer
won't allow me to open the .pdf files any longer!   Any ideas what
might be "restricted?"

Please reply direct...don't want to cause unnecessary traffic.
