Dear Mr. Jackson: 
We note that you operate the "Gateway 160 Meter Net" on 1.860 MHz. That 
program is transmitted over your Amateur station on from 1 PM Saturdays until 2 AM 
Sundays Central Time. 
Section 308(b) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, gives the 
Commission the authority to obtain information from applicants and licensees about 
the operation of their station. Accordingly, you are requested to describe 
what methods of station control are utilized during this 13-hour period, and 
furnish the names and addresses of all control operators during the period.
