FWIW, 160m was not normally permitted in Kenya way
back in 1968 when I was 5Z4LE. However, the ITU
regulations allow its use, and I had no problem in
getting special permission. There have been a number
of other 5Z4 stations on 160 since that time so I
guess they went the same route.
