Someone mentioned a great idea that the 160 meter contest become a 
"split" contest, with DX transmitting 1.83 and above and US 
transmitting 1.83 and below.  What do you all think of that idea?  Lots 
of times we just can't hear the DX station because of them operating 
simplex with US stations.
