Sorry.  I didn't mean to suggest I didn't know about Rohn's having
problems...just that I wasn't aware that they'd been acquired by
Radian.

I may be the last to have heard this, but I found a note in an
industry news letter this morning about Rohn Industries having been
acquired by Radian Corp. in December, 2003.
