Topband: TJ3FR a ghost on Top Band

Last night worked TJ3FR on 80m  &
asked them about Top Band -
he told me "1.822 at 04Z but  condx bad"

I was there calling  on Top Band for 10 minutes in the midst
of FOC Windle party - many stations telling me
" UP " " LID "    - I said " this is SKED"  the replies
" SKED MY BUTT ! "  
 - sometimes its very hard to be popular -
