Yes, when it's all you can do, you do it.

On my 50x130 city lot, it zigs and zags, but still has an swr of 1.3:1 
around 1850. It's no rockcrusher, but sometimes you do what you can do. I 
use mine to pick up a few mults for NAQP, and work around 200 q's on the 160 
cw contest, depending on my interest level.  So, as poor as it is, it still 
has some usefulness. It's high point is around 38ft also, hanging from a 
40ft tower, which is the tallest thing around.
