Worked EI0CF and EI7JM this evening. Signals built up to S-9 plus 15 and almost reaching 20 db in heavy QSB. As I listened to their other contacts EI0CF dropped down to S-6 while EI7JM remained at 9 plus 15.. They said they were only a few miles apart. Looked like spotlight conditions. Then heavy QRN took over. Bruce
