The bandwidth of a shunt-fed vertical is about the same as a series-fed
vertical.  The closer the shunt-fed structure is to 1/4-wave
electrically, the wider its bandwidth will be.  If it is close to
1/4-wave, you can expect a 2:1 SWR bandwidth of typically +/-50 kHz. 
That can be extended somewhat by readjusting the "gamma" capacitor on the
shunt feed.  (However, on only one frequency will the capacitor tune the
SWR down to 1.0 to 1 without changing the shunt wire parameters.)
