Hi Herb, et. al.

Iceland is about 22 degrees West Longitude and 64+ deg North Latitude, so 
technically they should be GMT - 1 hour.  However, I think they stay on GMT 
year round and do not worry about "summer time".
Their sunrise is about 1100 and sundown is about 1600 now, so that may be 
why Thor dropped off so quickly this morning on 160 and went to 80 meters. 
I am guessing the deserving are going to have to get out of bed early to get 
160 meter contacts, and that the topband signal will drop off dramatically 
as time approaches 1100 zulu.
