The largest concern is mechanical failure, not electrical
failure.

Fusing current of #24 copper wire is 29 amperes at dc, and
about 18 amperes at 2 MHz.

I wouldn't use it because of wind or mechanical reliability,
not power levels. Use it for wiring projects in the house.
Get some real wire, at least #16, for antennas and grounds.
