Topband: UK8DAN recording

	UK8DAN only runs 70 watts to a low dipole but
thanks to Serge's persistent activity on Topband I was
finally able to work him on 28 February when we had
some good conditions.  The band was quite good in
all directions that evening with signals from Antarctica
(RU3HD), Iceland (TF3KX) and even Alaska very early
(NL7Z).  Things are definitely looking up on Topband!
