C21DL was into NE Texas just fine this morning, but must have been having
hearing problems, as the BIG boys were struggling and complaining. I did
not hear him work any NA stations, but I did hear him work several JA's and
UA9YAB. Perhaps he has lots of QRN right now. Later, he showed on 80 meter
cw and worked a few of us.
