Topband: 1836 kHz carrier

According to several stations in Eu the carrier on 1836 is 2nd harmonic of
Ljubljana 918 kHz 300 kW.
We will ask the authorities to take action – if no success then at least we
know the source and can use it as another beacon.
Thank you all.
By the way KL7HBK was peaking S9 in this morning. Other signals from NA were
marginal here.
