Topband: 4O3T on Topband

Hi all,

Just got news from Luc ON4IA, whom is currently in Montenegro, he
put up some additional lowband receive antennas like K9AY etc. Also
he is going to a seaside operations site tomorrow and will concentrate
on 160 CW for the difficult to work areas. When on 80 meters SSB he will be 
listening above
3800 for JA/NA. So you can expect some more activity on 80/160 with
a better pair of "lowband ears". Hope you'll make it into the log.
