Topband: Stu Perry

A number of emails have asked me if I would be operating in Idaho during the
Stu Perry event. Usually I am in Minnesota at that time of year. 

This year is different and for the first time I can try it from Idaho.

If anyone has suggestions on how to 'operate' this event EFFECTIVELY I would
appreciate them. Please send them direct to me however so the rest of the
list does not have to re-read what they already know.
