I heard ZD8QD on 1.828 MHz at 0030Z - 0040Z on 23 February 2006.  He was 
having a lot of trouble pulling my call out of his local noise.  (Or 
maybe it was my weak signal.)  I can't recall if he worked anyone else.

I do not know if they've been on 160 since then.
