Problem here is that there is NO guarantee that whats right for sending
TO the DX is best for COPY of the DX.  The conditions can vary so much
from one end of the path to the other that It might well be best for
two different speeds.  There are "Q" signals...QRQ  (faster) and QRS
(slower).  Perhaps all we need to do is use them.
