Topband: QRN help

I had a similar noise . It was a street light ...It would start at
dusk and the noise was just as you described....I drove around and
found it and called Power co. rfi guy and told him what I found and
where it was...he sed he would call whoever fixed that stuff and have
em fix it,,,,they did ,,,its gone...
